Because of you warn. Several forums require 0% warn.

Edit: I think you lose access to Love Line at 10% to be exact.

i worked it out i was 17 when i got the warns and im now 22............

Lol, yeah warns aren't permanent. As long as you've shown you've changed and have learned from the warn it should be removed.
