Why do the staff say "repost in scammer accusation" when they move it to the scammer accusation forum?

Why not just keep topic open if you move it there?

They move it to the correct forum,
then the person that was scammed is supposed to make a "formal accusation"

thats why there are 2

1 open
1 closed

because there's spam in that post for starters
the poster did not put any proof, just a "warning"

and the mediator adds the info stickey
and the user won't learn untill the mediator tells him to post in the scammers accusation (most of the time)

Was just using that one as an example, but I seen some where people did have alot of proof and still got moved/closed and told to remake.

It was posted in the wrong forum, chances are it's full of unnecessary spam. They need to post in the SA.
