ok so i downloaded this thing that came with a toolbar and i disabled the toolbar but it still searches off the thing i downloaded

for example i have a bing searchbar but when i use it it searches off dogpile

help plzz

This should completely disable Bing:

Tools --> Internet Options --> Programs (tab) --> Manage add-ons --> Toolbars and Extensions / or Search Providers --> Right click on anything named Bing --> Disable
