You can't really reverse a R/D. If you want, turn your router off for about 5-10 minutes, then turn it back on. Always helped me.

you have a dynamic ip adress meaning that the ip adress changes his ip adress is tagged therefore to get around it he would need a different ip. but he can wait and it will untag
