Who were the previous administrators (I'm assuming they were administrators) who wore these stars (similar to njaguar's and Kevin's stars http://forums.d2jsp.org/images/i100.gif http://forums.d2jsp.org/images/i104.gif).

Stars are Admin only. DreamWeaver was an exception, which was explained above.
