I mean I bought cheap BugBelt as perm and I'm not sure if it is perm, so I need help and test to see if it is perm on unperm, please help me.

some regular users might help you but nobody with a trustedtag or above will help you with this due to them putting their own names in trouble when and if the bb ever poofs.

I can tell you that most likely your buggbelt is unperm based on that a perm bb cost around 13000 fg, and you paid around 1300 (as far as I remember)

there only exist clash tests and time

Trusted or Mediator tagged users cannot help you with that.
Such tests are not a proof, you can pass 100 tests and in the next game you enter it's still possible that it poofs.
