can i report if someone does fake Accusation?

If you are talking about a fake scammer accusation against you, you have to let the moderators prove that it is a fake accusation. If you have done nothing wrong you will be fine.

You can't report them, you are allowed to post and defend yourself so I guess you can say that it is a fake accusation, however the moderators can't just take your word for it, they have to find out for themselves.

well, i dont have any proof, because i never traded with him.. he is just spamming in my topic and make me bad

/E: when i pmed him about this, he just pmed me back with this 'you scammed me 1 years ago' ( checked every 2010 goldlog ) never traded with him... and he blocked me

Then in the scammer accusations topic you have nothing to worry about.

If he is spamming your topics then first of all report the posts and don't respond most importantly, as replying to spam is spam itself.

If it gets excessive report the links to a Trade Moderator and they can take care of it.

If you didn't scam you don't have anything to be scared about;
If you are being falsely accused you can protect yourself in the thread that you are being accused in by posting your side of the story.
