There were many topics about this and it seems like tinypic is getting slower these days. I suggest you to use a different hoster like http://imgur.com/.

imageshack and photobucket are better, but for the record tinypic works great as ever imo

Hi there, as iDgames said, it seems like tinypic is getting slower, this can be due to a lot of people are useing that site to upload their pictures, but it can also be several other things.

1. Have you tried to test your internet connection?, check it here: http://www.speedtest.net/
2. Have you cleaned your computer for any spyware/viruses
3. If it is Tinypic who is getting slower, then try to switch to another homepage, such as Imageshack.us.

Regards :)

i appreciate the response but just for future reference; if it was my internet connection it wouldn't just affect the loading of a single website.

unfortunately this isn't a matter of switching image hosters. i don't use tinypic but there are several images i come across that do reside under that domain. suppose this is just something i'll have to live with though?
