There will never be a time where it's necessary to post a pic of her, so it will probably be regarded as spam and end up with a warn, not a ban.

There is no such thing as a spam forum, and if thats how you view it, you are gonna end up with a good few warns and suspensions.

It's very difficult to get banned for posting a picture, but not impossible. As for Rebecca Black, no you won't be banned for posting her picture, although as others have said if you have been spoken to by a Moderator and you continue, you may be warned.
