Is uber leveling still around? (Tristram Meph spawns etc. )

Haven't played in ages and I was wondering how easy it'll be getting going again.

That and are dupes still a huge problem? They were one reason why I quit -.-

No whit new 1.13 patch u cannot get exp anymore inside uber trist
and ofc they allways keep dupe items
