My brother wants to create a PayPal account but I already have one and I always sign in home -- so will he.
How can I change my I.P completely so that he can create his account without PayPal seeing there is 2 accounts and not blocking them?

u can LOG OUT FROM UR ACCOUNT AND CREATE NEW........!!!!!!!!!!!

Well you can either have a static ip address or a dynamic.

If your ip address is not static then you may change you pc's mac address..
