Yes they can, if they deam it as inappropriate or in violation of the site rules

If its viewed as a violation of a site rule by a staff member... You may receive 10% warn, suspension, Account Disabled, or account Banned depending on the sevarity of the violation

Please take your immaturites out of my posts. These are general questions and not causing drama. Just because you do not like me gives you no reason to close it. There is another Trusted that is fine with answering the questions and has done so, as well as other Trusteds/Meds that have viewed it without closing.
