Why isn't this printer scanning the entire document i put into it, it's scanning like one small portion.

Any help?

Maybe you have it set to a certain resolution, if that makes sense?

What type of Printer/Scanner are u using?

I had the same problem with my HP all-in-one

The problem was due to the new improvement made to Snow Leapords OS & resolved by updating the printers drivers via HP website
