I just had her do all the essential email and verification things, but when she started changing her avatar and background picture, it kicked her off of being able to enter her forum gold, anyones profiles, and she couldn't post any threads. She has been banned, as you can see in her group at the top of her user stats.

Your only option is to use the Contact feature and wait patiently for a response.
