I can't reply to an old user blog made in January of 2010. How do I delete that old one and start a new one?

What's the Forum Gold fee for doing that and how do I go about it?

The forum gold fee = 50 Forum Gold to delete your blog.

To delete your blog, go to your profile and in the Blog section click on "View All".
Here you can delete you blogs

You can start another one by clicking on the "Start a new blog" button next to the "View All" button.

That's what I get when I try to post a new message. So now I want to delete my old user blog and start a new one that I can update more often and keep it active so it doesn't lose posting rights.

I'm not entirely 100% sure if this also counts for user blogs, but normally when the thread gets auto-locked after the 3 months without an update(new post), it can get re-opened.
In this case you should PM a Junior Moderator to see if this is possible with blogs aswell.
