hello, my mate recently made an account. i donated him 150 fg to start, he bout a few ground packs and he tried to login this morning and got the error '' Account has been disabled ''. do u do this to all ur new members? not being rude but its kinda pissed me off as it took me a while to convince him to use jsp, donate to him, then this happens

Have him fill out a contact form: http://forums.d2jsp.org/contact.php

He can find out the information about why his account was disabled, and steps to recover it. :)

Nobody here will be able to help him, only the contact form can help him - just tell him to be patient because it can take some time.
