my friend is trying to make an account on d2jsp, and he didnt receive any email
he tried to get email recovery still didnt work, he can see forum, but cant see profile, pm, cant start thread etc etc
any help appreciated

tell him to make sure and check his spam/bulk folders too

As long as he is not logged in or not validated, he will see a "resend validation email" link at the top right.
After he clicks that link, another validation email will be sent to the email address registered to the account.

If he does not get an email this way, tell him to check the spam folder.
If it's not there, the email address he entered when he registered the account is another one.
In that case he would have to use the email recovery: http://forums.d2jsp.org/recovery.php

Try using a different type of email like gmail, comcast, etc... From my understanding sometimes it doesn't go through with yahoo and a couple others.

well he did try with 2 different email type (gmail and hotmail) both didnt work
i just tried with hotmail , ill wait for like 1h and see if i get an email

Did you use the resend validation tool ?

I had to use it twice before receiving any email to myself.
