I'm just confused about why barbs with fcr are good.

Only abilities that are cast'd are bo and bc right?

How do they benefit from it.

Btw there are some warcry pvm barbs with many fcr

enigma has teleport, which is a casted ability. Many barbs use nigma to catch up to sorcs and kill them etc.

warcry is also affected by fcr, which is used by screamer barbs.

the first answer though applies to most normal whirling barbs.

Else, there are war cries barb. The last attack of barb can actualy do dammage.
