Posts #5, #7, #9, #11, #13 and #15 are all considered spam.
When somebody spams your topic, report it and move on.
Do not respond to spam, because that makes your posts spam aswell.

You may repost the topic 1 hour after your topic got closed.

No you can't spam in any topic. People get warned on a daily bases for spamming their own or other people their topics

No, it's not ok.
They probably got suspended. But that's up to the moderator to decide.

You'll succeed better at reporting them when you don't spam yourself.

That is not the point at all.
You may not notice some of the punishments that are issued - the only visible thing for you is a warn.
Just report the posts and move on; if it gets too overwhelming, contact a Trade Assistant or a Trade Moderator directly.
