i got temp banned this morning at 9:35 and all i was doing was running chaos (taxi) i only ran 8 runs, and bam, i got insta logged off.

I was going fast, we had good runners, however it was only 8 games.

Is there any way around this, and if not, why did i get a 12 hour+ ban? makes no sense

A way around the temp ban thing is to change cd keys once in a while

You stated that there were good runners in your chaos realm games in the "Diablo II" client, which means that your chaos realm games were over quickly and therefore you were temporarily banned kind Hews person of D2JSP.

Try the guide posted by Awer... To avoid getting temp bans don't make/join to many games in a short period of time

Blizzard flags CD keys that receive Multiple Temp Rest/Realm Downs as possible 3rd party usage & will ban the CD if it continues

The guide only works if u have a Dynamic IP... When u reset ur IP address will change to another one provided by ur ISP

ill just call my isp and get them to change it though, much easier

U can also just turn off/unplug ur router for a few mins(5ish) then restart it & it should also work
