is it vital to max block for a hardcore hdin for pve?

Unless you're ridiculously good at synch I'd say you'll need it in PvP.

If you go pve its better if you go vita cause of more life,if u want to duel u need max block.Btw people mentioned these type of questions go to the Discussion and Guides fourm mentioned earlier.
