Try to get to system restore, it says:
A volume shadow copy service component encountered an unexpected error. Check the application event log for more information (0x80042302)


Was on disabled. Changed to automatic and tried to start, it says:
Windows could not start the volume shadow copy service on local computer. Error 1084: The service cannot be started in safe mode.

So
I'm going to go back to normal startup and check if it works.

Now it's saying there are no points.
