So I just got my blue star today by someone donating in my name,

usually how long the screening process is? and if i do pass where is the forum even located?

It varies. Maybe up to one week after you recieved your Donor Star.

Edit:
If you passed the process you find it on the main page where you can find General Help - Diablo II - etc.
And remember. It's not 100% sure that someone gets access.

If you get to access then you will see it just above the General Help.

you'll see it when you have the access:)
Nobody knows the screening process except Njaguar and no information about it will be given
Remember that this $25 donation gives you only a chance to get in. Its not guaranteed.
