Eventually no you won't, if you have enough evidence then post them where manevolent stated and wait for an approved helper to guide you and then when you have put all the evidence a mod will eventually come and review the thread if you have enough evidence he will get locked.

they won't bend the rules for me, i'm just another user to the mod team, silly goose.
if a user is locked, every user on that ip will be locked.
