I'm getting PFN_List_Corrupt and sometimes Memory_Management as well as another BSOD screen but I forget the error. It's either drivers or ram sticks. I just replaced a RAM stick, is my luck that bad?

I did a Memory Diag Test and it said it found errors. Screenshot below:

Any other information I can provide? I just want to first make sure it's RAM before I start swapping them out.

Could you download and run a program called BlueScreenView, then tell us what file is causing this problem?
Example:

Run gold memory. You will know if it's your memory :D or memtest

What kind of graphics card are you using? Double check if it isn't overheating or anything.
You can download various software that could maximize your graphics card fan speed.
Have you tried overclocking your PC lately?
Do you have an Adaptec CD driver/burning program installed on your PC? If so, try removing it completely.
Clean out your registry (using a free program such as Ccleaner)

You could also try system restore to the point, where your PC worked fine
1. Click Start | All Programs | Accessories | System Tools | System Restore.
2. Select the option letting you restore Windows to an earlier state.
3. Select a system restore point on which Windows was working fine.

If the steps above fail to work, try creating another system user profile
1. Log on as an administrative user.
2. Click Start |.
3. Click Manage Another Account | Create a New Account.
4. Follow the wizard.

It's none of these. I reformatted and it isn't my graphics card.

ran the mem test, it seemed the first stick it tested was giving out a lot of errors, no sticks were giving out passes, passes stayed at 0 while errors reached 16k in under 10 minutes, seemed to be the 1st stick it tested out of the 4.

Does this mean 100% it's a ram stick at fault and not software?

It's either the ram OR the ram slot

Try the suspect RAM in another slot - if it errors the stick is faulty , if it doesn't the motherboard is faulty
