We'll Hapy did nothing but say don't respond.

Then don't respond and if he keeps PM'ing you then contact him again.

He still pm's I brought this up over 2 weeks ago.

I don't know why any member of the mod team would harass you.

Okay we'll that's all I wanted to know, I asked if I could block him earlier to avoid his PM's and he said I couldn't.

I also don't know why I would lie about this Though.

Seems you already got your answer from hapycmpr. If he is truely 'harassing' you, contact him or mork.
