Why cant my ping stand stable? it goes like 60-90 up and down, and make short freezes ingame.

Some days it work excellent then like 60-65 ping.

No other stuff or program on.

Btw i have "damn" Router...

what kind of ISP?

the reason can be you uploadeing / downloading something ,

maybe virus program update?

Even when the other computer is closed, the game freezestops each 5-10 sec. and when ping is over 75-80+ it happens i notice

its so wierd..

is your router wireless?

yes, but we use cable to both computers

and it might work beter at nights and early mornings.

worst is middle of days

What kind of anti virus program are you using ? It might be downloading updates from time to time causing your ping to go up.

Also have you tried calling your ISP ? In most cases this is the easiest and fastest way to solve this problem.

Using a free version of AVG, and yes maybe calling should be best.

You do that. I had the same problem once, so I called my ISP and they solved it for me
