So i am using time warner cable, and theyve recently upgraded us for free from 6 Mbps to 10 Mbps Download and .4 Mbps to 1 Mbps upload, and it seems to not want to load tinypic.com pictures, and you have to reload the webpage 4-5 times before they load, but photobucket photos load everytime, is there some kind of problem with my web browser?

If it's your browser try to delete your catch and cookies.
You've tried another browser?
Maybe it could be the page aswell i guess.

Hasn't been working for me either, ever since I got a new PC.

It's the same issue regardless of browser, and it's not so much an issue for uploading as it is that so many people load their signatures/avatars from it.

For those that are having the issue at hand, try updating your machines, you guys might be missing important updates for your browsers or machines. If that does not work, then I would recommend uninstalling your browsers and re-installing them. I hope my information helps you guys.

tinypic is constantly having issues, also, their image quality gets reduced ever since that mishap a few months ago
I suggest using http://www.imageshack.us, or http://www.imgur.com
