D2 is $20 from Battle.net. Does this include LoD? If it doesn't does anyone know if you can buy that from them also?

Actually you don't have to buy it online if it is your first time, you can download it free and legally.

Only if you have working cd keys that haven't been used to download the digital copy yet.

I had like 3 sets of CD Keys, but I'm pretty sure they were thrown out when I moved.
