about 8 days ago I tried logging in but was told my password was incorrect even though it worked the day before.

as you can see my gold is still there and it hasn't been logged in since the last time I was able to, so I am sure that my account wasn't hacked or anything, and I have stronger reason to believe I just forgot my pw or got mixed up trying to remember it

I did the password reset to email, but I realized that I forgot what email I registered with my jsp account, so I also filled out a form for a full account recovery. Some hours later though, I remembered my email and logged into it... but I didn't get any emails from jsp to reset my password (since I tried to do that before I filled out a full recovery form), and when I tried to get it to resend a pw reset to my email there would still be no email at all. I know that it's the right email account because I still have the old JSP email in my inbox from when I registered the account--unless for some reason I changed my email and didn't remember what it was

I have already used account recovery form as well as the contact button, but I have waited over 8 days and I never get 1 reply.. please help me

The "Account Recovery" feature & "Contact" feature are the only options u have when dealing with Account Recvery's

It takes some time to receive a response from those feature, so plz try to be patient... PMing Senior Staff/Admins will not Speed up the process

Provide as much information about ur account as possible

Date orbs purchased, topics tracked, etc... U have to prove that the account is really urs

Are you checking junk mail? Mine goes to junk mail for some reason.
