my d2 accout got banned a while ago, is there any way to unban it?

First ban lasts 30 days, second ban is permanently. If you have been banned twice, there's no way for you getting your account back.

Sadly I don't think there is much that can be done, of you broke the rules then it's probably not going to happen.

Most you can do is what JokerGuy said, try contacting Blizzard and asking them what you can do.

The 1st ban is usuallt 30 days

If it's banned a 2nd time it becomes perminant & cannot/willnot be unbanned

They'll bring up TOS violations that you broke and it's a far slim chance you'll get your CD Key's back - I believe it's more of a personal choice on the support agent's end to issue you a set of CD Key's again.

Stop useing 3rd party program and you wont get banned .
