can i get Locked or what can happen ?

If you sell someone an 'unperm' item without telling them it is upperm, yes they can form a case against you and post it in the s/a.

Yes you can get locked. If I can suggest : don't trade unperms.

its not allowed to sell unperm items as perm. so you can get logged if somebody report you as scammer and can prove it. (if the item poof)

Selling a "known" dupped item is against the rules

If u don't know it is & u sell it... U MAY still be held liable if ur unable to work it out with the buyer & they post a "Scammer Accusation". Against u

In the latter case... U will have to defend urself & provide as much proof that u didn't know it was dupped as u can

You can if you tell the buyer, that it is from ingame and you are not 100% sure about his history

If your'e not sure about a trade and his item just find another trader you trust him more.
even it mean to pay abit more.
