Well, my JSP is working terrible since 2 days, sometimes it need several minutes to load the page and other times it just don't load and I have to wait 1 hour to use JSP again

The thing is that this is the only site wich isn't working, all other websites work fine to me

Is this just happening to me or to everyone/more people? It's very annoying...

Maybe paul updateing the server's or they just lagging.

It sounds like a routing issue from your ISP to d2jsp's network or the other way around. If it's nothing to do with cache/cookies which it doesn't seem likely and since it's d2jsp only - it seems more likely it's a routing issue.

You should do a quick traceroute to d2jsp.org and see if there are any major spikes from your location to the d2jsp server.

He could of been, however I doubt it would of lagged the server that badly else I don't think he would of took a chance on it. Here's my ping to the network, it's solid:
