5 days ago I tried logging in but was told my password was incorrect even though it worked the day before.

This is my account: http://forums.d2jsp.org/user.php?i=811175

as you can see my gold is still there and it hasn't been logged in since the last time I was able to, so I am sure that my account wasn't hacked or anything, and I have stronger reason to believe I just forgot my pw or got mixed up trying to remember it

I did the password reset to email, but I realized that I forgot what email I registered with my jsp account, so I also filled out a form for a full account recovery. Some hours later though, I remembered my email and logged into it... but I didn't get any emails from jsp to reset my password (since I tried to do that before I filled out a full recovery form), and when I tried to get it to resend a pw reset to my email there would still be no email at all. I know that it's the right email account because I still have the old JSP email in my inbox from when I registered the account.

I've been waiting for some time now and I don't know if someone is even looking at my problem or if it will ever get solved, so I had to post here to get some answers or help. Since I have my email account all I want is for the email pw reset to work, but it doesn't send me any emails. Please help/advise!

Use the Contact feature located at the bottom of the page, remember to provide all the information possible to prove that the account is yours.

In the meantime try the email recovery again, and check your spam folder as it may have gone there.

First of all, check your spam/junk folder.
You need to know that multiple accounts are not allowed, therefore you should use the Contact feature.

I have also used the Contact feature already and haven't gotten any word at all since I filled it out 5 days ago, and also prevented any kind of thing that would not allow my email account to receive the mail

that is the first thing I did but it was not the issue, and yes I apologize for making another account, but the Contact feature has not given me any sort of clue on whether I will be helped or not, and there is no other way to communicate with JSP staff without being able to login

Yes you can, by the contact feature. You will just have to be patient sometimes it takes longer than 5 days to get a response.
