how do i add a picture into a post so i can show my items.Everytime i do it, it always shows up as a link

So i would put the link in the address bar inside the [img] portion?

Yes, but it needs to be the direct link.

Upload the pic to an image hosting site:

Photobucket.com
Imageshack.com

Use the image tags & add the Direct Link URL were it says "your Image"
