i need to get to the hell difficulty but im only lvl 31 is there anyway to get to hell without gaining even one lvl?

To answer your question: Yes, you can get to hell a5 without any lvling, it's called classic rush (or getting a gater ofc, like JokerGuy mentions).

yes get a gater ( lvl 60+ char who kill baal in a5 with u in party)

Yes... If ur partied with another member over lvl 40 that need Baal defeated to move to hell
U will also get credit for the quest since ur in the same party

yes its possible
you need one person who's atleast lvl 40 (20 for norm to nightmare) tho, they are called bumpers
once you get that person, he needs to have baal quest available and you in his party
he needs to kill baal (with help if needed) and get the quest, you can simply stay in the town and you will get the quest also (you wont need to do ancients)

There is a possibility to rush your character to hell difficulty without killing the Ancients. But you need a so called gater for killing Baal on Normal and Nightmare difficulty.
A gater is a character who still needs Baal quest, he parties with you and kills baal. You will have completed the quest as well, even without killing the Ancients.
