thats no problem.

It will be fine as long as the IP Address you are connecting from is "clean", meaning, that if someone else is using the same IP, but is not following the site rules, e.g scamming and such, your account might be punished as well.

eh its a honda dealership that has wifi, ill be waiting a couple hours for my car thought i would bring my laptop with me, i dont think anyone would be scamming there so im probly fine

You should be fine. I've used JSP at a few Universities before and had no issue.
