I'm not sure what exactally ur trying to ask... If ur suggesting a in d2jsp site/rules, u can post a "Site Suggestion"

You probably tried to put topic title which contained forbidden title word. Make sure to adjust your topic title to jsp rules

Also misleading topic title with a violation inside the post can result in a warn/suspension and possible ban(depending on ppost)
