Could you be more specific? Are you talking about Diablo 2 questions in general?

as in people left feedback for specific traders (e.g. person x is a good trader). or did i misremember and this never existed?

To fully answer your question Gary, no there is no longer any form of "feedback" system on JSP. There may have been a while ago, but now there isn't.
