The General Help Forum is the correct place. Staff members will decide to sticky your guide / add it to the General Unified Sticky.

If you're making it in gh for potential addition to the unified sticky, contact a members++ first and make sure your post is 100% correct and you have everything in order(no typos..etc) you can contact me for questions/ first assistance. Then you will have to pm jaypee and see if he can add it.
