Everyone tells me that you are able to re-stat in each difficulty..

but for some reason i am able to only re-stat in hell..

I have already completed den quest in each difficulty but it doesn't give me an option to re-stat in norm or nightmare..

could someone please tell me what to do

I believe characters on Non-ladder that were made before they added that could only respec in one difficulty.
