If a recipe calls for it to be baked on a Ungreased Cookie Sheet I assume this means Parchment paper, which I don't have

Obviously cookie sheets haven't been out for ever so what can I use instead? Would a original tray with PAM sprayed on it work?

This is serious, I want some cookies.

You will be fine with some wort of no stick spray. (I work for a caterer)

A non stick spray should be fine, just use it lightly.
Also, I might suggest using wax paper as an alternitive to parchment paper. Does the same job and is more commonly found in your house :)

Yeah I think Pam should work in this case. Also, you should share those cookies.

if its an ungreased cookie sheet you just put the cookies directly on the cookie tray... no paper, no spray

Wax paper is bad to use. Cooked at above 425+ I think, it will melt and Wax isn't good for humans. I'll never use wax paper.

Alright in a bit when I'm hungry again, just nuked an apple pie, I'll use Pam lightly on a oven tray.

I may post pictures afterwards as well.

The post above be says not to use spray. So do I or not?

All the times I've made cookies I dont recall ever using spray. You'll be fine without it but it's just a personal preference whether to use it or not

it means, put it on the cookie sheet without putting anything else on it. this includes NO cooking spray.

foolishly the other day i made chocolate chip cookies and sprayed the cookie pan, and they all thinned out due to the oil from the cooking spray. -_-

hope they turned out delicious regardless.
