I keep getting "Cannot connect" because I was joining games too fast. Its been like this for 12 hours.

I cant change IP, I cant call Time Warner, they already said they cant do anything about it.

You have to wait. You have a static ip. All you can do at this point is let time pass.

Unfortunitly u will have to wait it out then... They cam last 72hrs+

Attempting to login does NOT extend the wait time. So if you try a good amount of times, it's not hurting you or making your wait time longer

Then that's not a temp Restriction / Realm Down

Try removing "Bnetcache" from ur D2 folder (a new one will replace it when u log into Bnet) & restarting ur router/internet connection

that is an ip ban
