The rules pretty much say no links what so ever except for those which are authorized. Does this mean I couldn't link somewhere to like bestbuy.com, or bodybuilding.com, or a news related article or something?
Where is the list of authorized links?

If u want to post an outside link...PM the link to a Junior Moderator prior to posting it... They will tell u if u can post it or not
