Instant messenger shows I am offline, but my profile shows I'm online. Also the isntant messenger has the popup on the bottom right indicating I am disconnected, click to reconnect. Clicking that, or refreshing page doesn't help, still shows that I'm disconnected.

Not sure what the problem could be, try logging out of d2jsp and then back in. If that doesn't work then reset your router.

I got the same problem when I check if IM work.
Guess its something on d2jsp.
