hey guys, is there a way i can make a single player guy on patch 1.09? i really want to remember how things were back then and make a bowzon on single player. Currently have the most recent patch downloaded. let me know thanks

I think if you reinstall and don't sign on battle.net. Then download the 09 patch files from battle.net if they are still available it will work.

U have to reinstall D2 to revert back to a differant patch

Do Not log into Bnet so that u don't download the current patch

hey guys, so im still not able to do this, i have d2 LOD downloaded from the battlenet website i bought it. But when i download it, it automatically is patch 1.12
i downloaded the 1.09 from the old patches place forsaken sent me to but it doesnt do anything. Does anyone know how to play 1.09? or how to relocate its file so its the patch that runs when i start up d2? im on a mac

I think you'd need the CDs cause downloading from Blizzard's site, as you said, automatically updates it
Or maybe you need to replace the patch file with the one in your folder...
