My Old account Password is wrong now.... i didnt get any email.
i did account recovery etc all what i can do
how long must i wait that i can create a new account???

You are only allowed to have ONE account on jsp.
You can resend validation email again..
Also check your SPAM folder, maybe this email is there.

Probably due to the fact that one email can be used only once = only one account is allowed nevertheless.

No, you are not allowed.
