Ever since update all songs repeat themselves and I have found no way to stop it..

when you plug them in your comp they synch over or what do you mean?

When I am listening to a playlist/album/shuffle it repeats the songs until I change them.

On the phone device not the computer.

Go to now playing. Click the album art. The repeat button is the farthest on the left, make sure it's not lit up.

Umm I dunno if it's the same for an iPod Touch, but while you're listening to something, tap anywhere in the middle of the screen and a little drop down thing should come up where there's the bar that shows how much time is left for the song and on either side below it, there's the repeat button (left side) and shuffle button (right side)
