If i have been scammed by someone, and can proof it do i get my fgs back?

As JokerGuy already said post in the Scammer Accusations with enough proofs.
But you won't get your Forum-Gold back except he repay.

You will get your fg's only if the user who scammed you will decide to repay his scam's.

Actually, he has scammed others so he is locked already.. im just asking do i get fgs back if i can proof i have been scammed? cause if not its just a waste of time to report him.

it depends if he want his d2jsp account back he post in - Why i am locked - section and you will get your fgs back. But it is very unlikely

If he's already locked and you wont report him if he decide to repay his scam's you wont get your fg's back.
In a case where a user is already locked and you want to report him you better pm this guy
