Ladder reset was March 28. So assuming a Ladder lasts 6 months (according to a Blizzard poll), it will be in the end of September/Beginning of August.

all existing ladder characters will be converted to non-ladder

Ladder reset is on all realms & core simultaneously and all ladder chars will be converted to non-ladder
